Dhiya Al Malallah
Dhiya Al Malallah is an associate of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the United States of America (USA). Dhiya is working as Director Compliance with the Firm. He has previously worked with Deloitte & Touche, Saudi Arabia in the audit & tax departments, where he built up more than 10 years of experience in audit, compliance, corporate governance, Tax and tax services.
Said Ali
Said Ali is a Fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants and holds an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance. He previously worked with Deloitte Touche in Saudi Arabia & Europe, where he built up more than 16 years of experience across the manufacturing, services, insurance and financial services sectors. Also has worked with indirect tax team in eastern Europe with Deloitte whereby EU VAT was being implemented at the time.
Sajjad Al Rashid
Sajjad Al Rashid is a Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA), MBA Finance & BSc Accounting. He has previously worked in banking, investment and manufacturing arenas for more than 18 years, he has great proficiency in accounts, finance, internal controls and risk management. Utilizing his specialization to soar industries to new heights, he has lent remarkable services in Start-up Advisory, Banking.
Keith
For over 30 years, Keith has had significant global experience in the sector, holding senior executive management roles in logistics and manned services businesses with G4S Plc. He was formerly CEO of Cognisa Transportation and G4S Government Services in the US, a subsidiary of the UK FTSE 100 business services company, following which he led the G4S business in Asia Pac as Regional MD. He has significant experience with the development of Critical National Infrastructure Projects, PPP build and operate.
Jalal Al Haji
Jalal Al Haji has an extensive experience of 20 years in audit, advisory, finance and accounts, business strategy, planning and implementation. After his experience in KPMG, Jalal has held senior positions like CFO of Calyon Gulf, Head of Central Operation KFH Bahrain, Head of Operation Bahrain International Bank and COO of Financial Investment. He has a consulting & management expertise in different industries like banking, investment, finance, insurance manufacturing. He has been involved in both buy side and sell side transactions comprising local and international acquisitions.
Shaheen Khan
Shaheen Khan is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds Master in Commerce (M. Com) from Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan. He previously worked with Ernst & Young in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, where he built experience across various sectors. He has been involved in providing internal audit and internal controls related services to some of the biggest multinational and local companies. Shaheen has substantial experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control Reviews, Performance Improvement and RiskAssessment across all spectrum of industries.
